Fe改性Silicalite-1分子筛铂基催化剂的制备及其丙烷脱氢的催化性能

【摘要】 通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、低温氮气吸附-脱附(BET)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析及催化反应性能评价,研究了助剂Fe含量对PtSn/xFe-S1催化剂丙烷脱氢性能的影响。结果表明:Fe的加入可以改变Silicalite-1分子筛的孔径分布,适量的Fe(1 wt%)会提高催化剂的初始转化率,还可促使催化剂中的Sn更多以氧化态的形式存在,从而有利于Pt分散度的提高,而加入过量的Fe(2 wt%)导致制备出的催化剂失活较快。本课题制得的PtSn/1Fe-S1催化剂的比表面积最大,反应过程中表现出的稳定性和性能最佳。

【Abstract】 The effect of Fe content on the catalytic performance of PtSn/xFe-S1 catalyst for propane dehydrogenation was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR), low temperature nitrogen adsorption desorption(BET) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that the addition of Fe can change the pore size distribution of silicalite-1 molecular sieve. The addition of appropriate amount of Fe(1 wt%) can improve the initial conversion of the catalyst and promote the existence of more Sn in the catalyst in the form of oxidation, which is conducive to the improvement of Pt dispersion and the addition of excessive amount of Fe(2 wt%) makes catalyst deactivate rapidly. In this project, PtSn/1 Fe-S1 catalyst has the largest specific surface area and displays the best stability and performance in the reaction process.
