【摘要】 目的 观察温肾通瘀方治疗心肾阳虚兼血瘀证冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择120例心肾阳虚兼血瘀证冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，各60例。对照组采用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀等常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合温肾通瘀方治疗，2组均治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、血清炎症因子水平、心脏功能指标，评价心电图疗效及中医证候疗效。结果 治疗后，2组各项中医证候评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各项评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组左室射血分数(LVEF)较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05),左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率90.00%(54/60),心电图总有效率91.67%(55/60),对照组分别为80.00%(48/60)、83.33%(50/60),治疗组中医证候疗效和心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 温肾通瘀方治疗心肾阳虚兼血瘀证冠心病稳定型心绞痛能够减轻临床症状，抑制炎性反应，增强心脏功能，改善心电图，提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Tongyu Decoction for stable angina pectoris(SAP) of coronary heart disease(CHD) of heart-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 120 SAP patients with CHD(heart-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) were randomized 1∶1 to receive conventional Western medicine(aspirin+atorvastatin)(the control group) or Wenshen Tongyu Recipe + conventional Western medicine(the treatment group) for 4 weeks. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores, serum inflammatory factors, cardiac function, electrocardiogram(ECG) indicators and TCM efficacy were included as comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the TCM syndromes scores in groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), which was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05), the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), left Ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) was significantly lower than that in this group before treatment(P<0.05), and which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). The TCM and ECG indicators efficacies in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(90.00% [54/60] vs 80.00% [48/60]; 91.67% [55/60] vs 83.33% [50/60]; [P<0.05], respectively). Conclusion For SAP patients with CHD(heart-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome), Wenshen Tongyu prescription can relieve clinical symptoms, inhibit inflammatory reaction, enhance heart function, improve EEG indexes and clinical efficacy.更多还原
