【摘要】 目的 观察祛风清热解毒方联合针刺治疗热毒壅盛型Ramsay-Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法 将98例热毒壅盛型Ramsay-Hunt综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为3组，西药组30例予常规西药治疗，针刺组33例在西药组治疗基础上加用针刺治疗，针药组35例在针刺组治疗基础上加用祛风清热解毒方治疗。3组均治疗30 d。比较3组治疗前后House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分及临床疗效。结果 针药组总有效率91.4%(32/35),针刺组总有效率84.8%(28/33),西药组总有效率73.3%(22/30),针药组总有效率高于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后H-B面神经功能分级均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),且针药组治疗后改善程度均优于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且针药组治疗后均低于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后THI评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且针药组治疗后均低于针刺组、西药组(P<0.05)。结论 祛风清热解毒方联合针刺能够更好的促进热毒壅盛型Ramsay-Hunt综合征患者恢复，改善其预后，具有很好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qufeng Qingre Jiedu Formula combined with acupuncture for Ramsay-Hunt syndrome(RHS) of toxic heat accumulation type. Methods Totally 98 RHS patients(toxic heat accumulation type) were randomized to receive conventional Western medicine(the WM group, n=30), WM + acupuncture(the AC group, n=33), or WN + AC + Qufeng Qingre Jiedu Formula(the combined group, n=35) for 30 days. The aim was to compare House-Brackmann(H-B) classification for facial nerve function, visual analogue scale(VAS) and tinnitus handicap inventory(THI). Results The overall effective rate in the combined group was better than that in the AC group and the WM group(91.4% [32/35] vs 84.8% [28/33], 73.3% [22/30], [P<0.05], respectively). After treatment, H-B classification in the three groups was all improved(P<0.05), the improvement in the combined group was significantly better with respect to the other groups(P<0.05); VAS scores in the three groups were decreased(P<0.05), which was decreased in the combined group compared with the other two groups(P<0.05); THI scores in the three groups were decreased(P<0.05), the combined group was more common relative to the other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For RHS patients(toxic heat accumulation type), Qufeng Qingre Jiedu Formula combined with acupuncture can better promote recovery, improve prognosis, and with good clinical efficacy.更多还原
