【摘要】 目的 观察肃金方治疗感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证的疗效及对临床症状和炎症因子的影响。方法 将120例感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，对照组60例予常规西药治疗，治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上应用肃金方治疗，2组均2周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。比较2组疗效；比较2组治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、中医证候评分、炎症因子水平、中文版莱斯特咳嗽量表(LCQ-MC)评分变化。结果 治疗组总有效率95.00%(57/60),对照组总有效率83.33%(50/60),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咳声重浊、气急喉痒、干咳无痰或少痰、舌干津少、声音嘶哑、倦怠乏力、骨节痠痛、恶寒发热评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、P物质(SP)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后生理、心理、社会问题评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论 肃金方治疗感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证，可改善患者临床症状及炎症因子水平，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sujin Formula for post-infectious cough(PIC) of wind pathogen adhering lung and how to impact on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 120 PIC patients(wind pathogen adhering lung) were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 60 cases in each group. All patients were managed by conventional Western medicine, and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Sujin Formula. The treatment continued for 2 course(1 course for 2 weeks), the aim was to compare the cough symptom scores, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, inflammatory factor level, the mandarin chinese version of the leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ-MC); the curative effect was assessed. Results The overall effective rate was 95.00%(57/60) in the treatment group, higher than that of 83.33%(50/60) in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the daytime and nocturnal cough symptoms in groups were decreased(P<0.05), which was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05); TCM syndrome(cough sounds heavy turbidity, shortness of breath and throat itching, dry cough without phlegm or less phlegm, dry tongue with less body fluid, hoarse voice, fatigue, bone pain, and fever due to frigidity) scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05), the reduction in the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05); interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-17, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), substance P(SP) in groups were decreased(P<0.05), which were decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05); the scores of physical, psychological, social problem in groups were decreased(P<0.05), the treatment group was more common(P<0.05). Conclusion For PIC patients(wind pathogen adhering lung), Sujin Formula can improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels, and improve the quality-of-life.更多还原
