【摘要】 目的 分析系统化护理干预对住院老年综合征患者睡眠质量的影响，综合评估系统化护理模式的应用效果，为该类患者护理模式的选择提供理论依据。方法 选取2018年10月至2020年4月住院的300例老年综合征患者为研究对象，采取随机的方式分为对照组与研究组，每组150例，对照组患者实施常规护理干预，研究组患者实施系统化护理干预，以患者精神状态改善情况、日常生活能力改善情况、生命质量改善情况、睡眠质量改善情况、护理满意度、住院时间为具体指标，对比两种不同护理模式对老年综合征患者的应用效果。结果 在实施护理干预前，2组患者MMSE评分、ADL评分、生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在实施护理干预后，研究组患者MMSE评分、ADL评分、生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分均显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度(91.33%)高于对照组患者(70.00%),差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在住院老年综合征患者护理中应用系统化护理干预具有良好的效果，可改善患者精神状态、日常生活能力、睡眠质量、生命质量，提升其护理满意度，此护理模式应在临床实践中对其进行合理推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the impact of systematic nursing intervention on sleep quality of hospitalized patients with geriatric syndromes(GS), and to comprehensively evaluate the effect of systematic nursing mode, thus providing a theoretical basis for the selection of nursing mode. Methods A total of 300 GS patients admitted from October 2018 to April 2020 were randomly assigned in 1∶1 ratio to receive routine nursing care(control group) or systematic nursing intervention(study group). Mental state, activity of daily living(ADL), life quality, sleep quality, nursing satisfaction, and length of stay in the both groups were compared. Results No significant differences were found in the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE), ADL, quality-of-life and sleep quality before nursing interventions between groups(all P>0.05). After nursing interventions, which were significantly higher in the study group than the control group(all P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, and length of stay was significantly shorter in the study group than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Application of systematic nursing intervention achieves acceptable outcomes in hospitalized patients with geriatric syndromes, which significantly improves mental state, activities of daily living, sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
