【摘要】 目的 分析精准护理对髌骨骨折患者术后膝关节功能恢复的临床疗效。方法 采用便利抽样法将2018年1月至2019年12月收治的50例髌骨骨折患者按入住病区进行分组，入住创伤2病区为干预组(n=25),入住创伤1病区为对照组(n=25),干预组采用精准护理干预，对照组采用常规护理模式。观察2组患者的Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分(BCEPFS)及股四头肌萎缩程度。结果 干预组在术后1个月、3个月和6个月股四头肌周径的差值较对照组明显减小，Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分在术后1个月、3个月明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分在术后6个月与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 精准护理干预在髌骨骨折患者中有较好的临床疗效，有助于提高膝关节早期的关节活动度、降低股四头肌萎缩程度，值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of precision nursing in the recovery of knee joint function of patients with patella fracture.Methods Fifty patients with patella fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the number of admission ward, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by precision nursing intervention, however, those in control group were treated by conventional nursing intervention. The Bostman patella fracture efficacy score(BCEPFS) and quadriceps atrophy degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The differences in the circumference of the quadriceps femoris at 1 m, 3 m, 6 m after surgery in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the scores of curative effects on Bostman patella fracture at 1 m, 3 m after surgery in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the scores at 6 m after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The precision nursing intervention has better curative effects on patella fractures, which can improve the joint mobility of the knee joint and decrease the quadriceps atrophy degree, therefore, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
