【摘要】 目的 探究失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)在中线导管置管及维护管理中的应用效果。方法 将2021年2～10月在消化内科接受治疗的220例中线导管置管患者随机分为2组，对照组和试验组，每组110例，对照组实施传统护理管理，观察组实施FMEA模式管理。比较2组患者优先风险系数(RPN)值，首次置管成功率，导管相关并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果 试验组RPN值与导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),首次置管成功率与患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将FMEA模式管理引入中线导管患者中，能够有效降低中线导管置管及维护期间的相关风险，从而提高护理质量，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) on midline catheter(MC) catheterization and maintenance management. Methods Patients(n=220) underwent MC treatmented in the department of Gastroenterology from February to October 2021 were randomly assigned at 1∶1 ratio to receive either routine nursing mode(control group) or FMEA mode(observation group). The risk priority number(RPN), success rate of first catheterization, incidence of catheter related complications and satisfaction rate were included as comparators. Results RPN and complications in the experimental group were markedly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05), and the first catheterization success rate and satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with MC, the introduction of FMEA mode can effectively reduce the related risks during the catheterization and maintenance of midline catheter, thus improving the quality of care, being beneficial to the health of patients, and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
