【摘要】 目的 分析快速康复外科(ERAS)综合护理方案对腹腔镜下结肠慢传输型便秘手术患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择肛肠外科2019年6月至2021年5月行手术治疗的60例便秘患者，随机分为2组，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用快速康复外科综合护理方案，比较2组护理效果。结果 观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后同一时间段的生活自理能力(ADL)优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组便秘治疗效果总有效率96.66%(29/30)高于对照组70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复外科综合护理方案能够显著改善腹腔镜术后结肠慢传输型便秘患者的焦虑、抑郁程度，减轻患者负面情绪，提高术后生活自理能力，改善便秘的治疗效果，具有可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing scheme based on the concept of enhanced recovery rehabilitation surgery(ERAS) on the life quality of patients with slow transit constipation treated by laparoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation who were treated by surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled in the study, who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing mode, however, those in observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing scheme based on the concept of ERAS.The nursing effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and ADL scores in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total effective rate in observation group was [96.66%(29/30)],which was significantly higher than that [70.00%(21/30)] in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing scheme based on the concept of ERAS can significantly ameliorate the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with slow transit constipation after laparoscopy, which can relieve the negative mood of patients, improve the self-care ability after operation, and improve the therapeutic effects on constipation.更多还原
