【摘要】 目的 探讨依靠2枚克氏针的动态外固定器与微型接骨板治疗掌指骨不稳定骨折的疗效。方法 选取60例掌指骨不稳定性骨折作为研究对象，微型接骨板组（30例）治疗采取微型接骨板内固定，动态外固定器组（30例）治疗采取2枚克氏针的动态外固定器固定，对比分析两组临床疗效、住院时间、手术时间等相关指标。结果 动态外固定器组临床治疗优良率（93.34%）高于微型接骨板组（73.33%）(P<0.05)。动态外固定器组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、开始功能锻炼时间低于微型接骨板组（P<0.05）。动态外固定器组并发症发生率（3.33%）低于微型接骨板组（20.00%）(P<0.05)。结论 掌指骨不稳定骨折采取克氏针动态外固定器治疗效果更佳，能在较短时间内实现愈合，是一种安全性与推广应用价值高的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic external fixator with two Kirschner wires and mini plate in the treatment of unstable metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods 60 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal unstable fractures were selected as the research objects.The micro plate group(30 cases)was treated with micro plate internal fixation,and the dynamic external fixator group(30 cases)was treated with two Kirschner wire dynamic external fixator.The clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,operation time and other related indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of dynamic external fixator group(93.34%)was higher than that of mini plate group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The operation time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and starting time of functional exercise in the dynamic external fixator group were lower than those in the mini plate group(P<0.05).The complication rate of dynamic external fixator group(3.33%)was lower than that of mini plate group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of unstable metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with Kirschner wire dynamic external fixator has better effect and can achieve healing in a short time.It is a safe and valuable treatment scheme.更多还原
