【摘要】 红色体育精神赋予了当代体育事业新高度与新内涵，为了顺应中华民族复兴潮流、促进我国体育教育事业长足发展，需加强高校对在校学生红色体育精神的教育教学工作。通过研究红色体育精神的历史价值与时代价值，挖掘红色体育精神对高校学生的积极影响以及对高校教育工作的重要作用。此外，从教育实践方面研究了红色体育精神融入高校教学的具体教育方案与活动策略，一方面注重高校环境对学生潜移默化的熏陶作用，另一方面注意体育教学实践中对红色体育活动的考察筛选。红色体育融入高校教育教学中需要注意：不仅高等院校要更加合理科学地展开教育教学活动，还要通过发挥高等院校自身优势引领社会良好风尚。更多还原

【Abstract】 The red sports spirit endows the contemporary sports cause with a new height and connotation. In order to conform to the trend of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promote the rapid development of the sports education in China, it is necessary to strengthen the education and teaching of the red sports spirit in colleges and universities. By studying the historical value and the value of the times of the red sports spirit, this paper aims to explore the positive influence of the red sports spirit on college students and the important role of the red sports spirit in college education.
