耐候钢550GNH在模拟海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为

【摘要】 以耐候钢550GNH为研究对象,采用腐蚀失重、宏观形貌、SEM、XRD及电化学阻抗等实验分析方法对其在模拟海洋大气环境中腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:在该大气环境中,随腐蚀时间的延长,550GNH的腐蚀速率先增大,后减小;而极化电阻和电荷转移电阻则先减小,后增大;锈层组成随时间变化不大,主要为β-FeOOH,α-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4;锈层表面局部出现了颗粒状产物。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of weathering steel550GNH in simulated marine atmosphere was investigated by weight loss,macro morphology,SEM,XRD and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The result showed that the corrosion rate of550GNH was first increased then decreased as corrosion time prolonged.The polarization resistance and charge transfer resistance decreased first and then increased with the corrosion time extended. The composition of the rust layer changed little with time,mainly containedβ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH and Fe3O4. The granular products began to appear locally on the surface of the rust layer.
