逆境胁迫对药用植物药效成分积累的影响

【摘要】 药用植物的药效成分主要是其次生代谢产物,如酚类、萜类和生物碱类,其含量常常是评价药用植物品质优劣的标准.大量研究表明逆境胁迫能影响药用植物的次生代谢产物,次生代谢产物的积累是药用植物对逆境胁迫的一种响应,可提升药用植物的品质和价值.通过逆境胁迫提高药效成分含量,可以优化药用植物的栽培,提高药用植物质量,降低药效成分提取成本,促进中药产业创新.目前,采用逆境胁迫提高药用植物的有效成分已取得重大进展.本文对近年来逆境胁迫对药用植物药效成分积累的研究进行了综述,以期通过逆境胁迫提高药用植物药材质量,为定向栽培药用植物提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 Medical components, mainly the secondary metabolites of medicinal plants, including phenols, terpenes and alkaloids, are the standard for evaluating the quality of medicinal plants.A large number of studies have shown that stress can affect the accumulation of secondary metabolites, namely pharmacodynamic components of medicinal plants.The accumulation of medicinal components is a response of medicinal plants to stress, which affects the quality and value of medicinal plants.Increasing the content of active ingredients via adversity stress can optimize the cultivation of medicinal plants, improve the quality of medicinal plants, reduce the extraction cost of active components, and promote the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine industry.At present, great progress has been made in improving the effective components of medicinal plants by stress.In this paper, the research progress of stress on the accumulation of pharmacodynamic components of medicinal plants in recent years was reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of medicinal plants and realizing directional cultivation through stress.
