Mg与Mg17Al12在Al2(SO43溶液中的产氢性能

【摘要】 探究了Mg和Mg17Al12在Al2(SO43溶液中的产氢性能.结果表明,303 K时Mg在0.70 mol/L的Al2(SO43溶液中能完全反应,产氢量为993 mL/g,产氢速率为85 mL/(min·g).Mg17Al12在0.30 mol/L的Al2(SO43溶液中的产氢量更高,为1 100 mL/g,产氢速率为69 mL/(min·g).连续添加Mg或Mg17Al12后,反应速率及产氢量均有所下降,这可能与铝形成水合物导致溶液黏稠有关.将制得的氢通过小型燃料电池后,产生的电流为92~94 mA,电压约为0.5 V.

【Abstract】 The hydrogen generation of Mg and Mg17Al12 in Al2(SO43solution was investigated.The results indicate that Mg can completely react in 0.70 mol/L Al2(SO43 solution at 303 K.The hydrogen yield and hydrogen generation rate are 993 mL/g and 85 mL/(min·g),respectively.The hydrogen yield of Mg17Al12 in 0.30 mol/L Al2(SO43 solution is as high as 1 100 mL/g and the hydrogen generation rate is 69 mL/(min·g).After the continuous additions of Mg and Mg17Al12 bathes, the reaction rate and hydrogen generation decrease.This reason may be related to the increased viscosity of solution caused by the formation of aluminum hydrate.When the hydrogen passes throngh a small fuel cell, the generated current and voltage are 92~94 mA and 0.5 V, respectively.
