黄原胶水溶液湍流减阻效果试验研究
Experimental study on drag reduction effect of turbulent flow of xanthan gum aqueous solution
【摘要】 黄原胶属于水溶性高分子聚合物,常用作增稠剂,具有易溶于水、成本低、易获取的特点。试验运用沿程水头损失实验仪,通过对压差的控制(100~500cm),使水流进入湍流状态,针对不同浓度黄原胶水溶液减阻效果进行实验分析,监测不同浓度黄原胶水溶液在湍流状态下的流量和水温。结果表明,黄原胶水溶液具有减阻功能,减阻效果较好浓度区间为0.02%~0.03%,当水溶液浓度为0.025%时,减阻率δ和增输率κ均为最大值,流速、雷诺数也到达最大值。
【Abstract】 Xanthan gum is a water-soluble high-molecular polymer,which is often used as a thickening agent.It is easily soluble in water,low cost,and easy to obtain.This experiment uses a water head loss tester along the way to control the pressure difference(100~500cm)to make the water flow into a turbulent state,and conduct an experimental analysis on the drag reduction effect of different concentrations of xanthan gum aqueous solutions.Monitor the flow rate and water temperature of different concentrations of xanthan gum solution in the water flow state.The results show that the xanthan gum aqueous solution has a drag reduction function,and the drag reduction effect is better.The concentration range is0.02% ~0.03%.When the concentration of the aqueous solution is 0.025%,the drag reduction rate δ and the transport increase rate κ are both maximum,and the flow rate,The Reynolds number has also reached its maximum value.
