【摘要】 乡村振兴背景下，全面深化农村地区改革，以集体产权制度改革作为盘活农村集体经济关键切入点，对于探索集体经济新的运行机制，促进农村集体经济再发展具有重要作用。合肥市农村集体经济发展取得一定的成效，各村社基于集体经济发展条件不同，农村集体经济发展的路径和方式有所区别，通过对合肥市农村集体经济实现形式分析，提出从发挥农村集体经济组织、村两委各自作用，进一步深化集体产权制度改革、定位资源差异，开拓集体经济发展思路和健全收益分配机制入手发展壮大集体经济，促进农村经济发展，如期实现全面小康社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of rural revitalization,comprehensively deepening the reform of rural areas and taking the reform of collective property rights system as the key entry point to revitalize rural collective economy play an important role in exploring the new operation mechanism of collective economy and promoting the redevelopment of rural collective economy. Rural collective economic development in Hefei city achieved certain success. Based on the different conditions of collective economic development,the path and mode of rural collective economic development are different. Based on the analysis of the realization form of rural collective economy in Hefei city,this paper puts forward that the rural collective economic organizations and village committees should play their respective roles,further deepen the reform of collective property rights system,locate the difference of resources,develop the idea of collective economic development and improve the income distribution mechanism to develop and strengthen the collective economy,promote the development of rural economy and realize the well-off society in an all-round way on schedule.更多还原
