【摘要】 对延边朝鲜族自治州征收农用地区片综合地价进行整体平衡分析，通过分层级线性插值的方法对地价进行外部的整体平衡分析，并利用Geoda软件分析测算地价和插值地价的空间相关性。结果表明，延边朝鲜族自治州各层级的区片综合平衡地价与插值地价相差较小，地价制定较为合理，与各市县的区位状况相符，能够体现征地补偿实行的“同地同价”原则，保证各市县地价的平稳过渡。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall balance of integrated section price of agricultural land expropriation in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecturewas analyzed,the hierarchical linear interpolation method was used to analyze the external overall balance of land price,and the spatial correlation between calculation land price and interpolation land price was analyzed by using Geoda software. The results showed that the difference between the comprehensive balanced land price and the interpolation land price of each level was small in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the land price formulation was more reasonable,which was consistent with the location status of all cities and counties,and could reflect the principle of“same land and same price”of land expropriation compensation,and ensure the smooth transition of of land prices in all cities and counties.更多还原
