【摘要】 分析了湖北省小龙虾的产业现状与产业结构。研究发现，目前湖北省小龙虾产业的主要问题是“稻虾共作”模式过度发展致使供需失衡、重虾轻稻导致基础粮田种植效益受损、规模化程度不高导致散户经营效益低下。针对以上问题，提出产学研结合，推动小龙虾基地标准化建设；强化利益联结，拓展产业功能；延长产业链，优化产业布局等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial status and industrial structure of crayfish in Hubei province were analyzed. The study found that the main problems of crayfish industry in Hubei province were the imbalance between supply and demand caused by the excessive development of the“rice shrimp co cropping”model,attaching importance to shrimp and neglecting rice lead to the damage of planting benefits in basic grain fields,and the low degree of scale leads to the low operating efficiency of retail investors. In view of the above problems,countermeasures and suggestions such as combining industry,university and research to promote the standardized construction of crayfish base;Strengthening interest connection and expanding industrial functions;Extending the industrial chain and optimizing the industrial layout were put forward.更多还原
