长裂太行菊总黄酮提取条件与干燥方法优化

【摘要】 为优化长裂太行菊总黄酮提取条件与干燥方法,以长裂太行菊花为试材,采用亚硝酸钠-氯化铝比色法,测定不同干燥方法的总黄酮含量。结果表明:以体积分数为70%乙醇为提取液、料液比为10:1(mg/mL)、在50℃水浴条件下、1.0h提取2次的方法,为长裂太行菊总黄酮提取的最佳条件。在此条件下,阴干处理的花总黄酮含量显著高于其他烘干处理。

【Abstract】 In order to optimize the extraction conditions and drying methods of total flavonoids fromOpisthopappus longilobus,the total flavonoids content in different drying methods were extracted from its flower,which were assisted with sodium nitrite and aluminum chloride colorimetric method. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 70%,material-liquid ratio 10:1(mg/mL),water bath temperature 50℃ and 1.0h extraction twice. Under the conditions,the total flavonoids content of flower dried in the shade was significantly higher than that of other drying treatments.
