基于ProCAST的预热竖井仿真研究

【摘要】 为了分析直流电弧炉预热竖井入口的烟气温度、烟气速度和废钢预热时间对废钢和烟气温度场的影响,采用Pro CAST软件构建了不同形状、尺寸和分布状态的废钢物理模型。并对废钢预热过程的温度场进行耦合传热分析,解析不同烟气温度、预热时间和烟气速度对废钢预热温度的影响。结果表明,烟气速度对废钢温度的提高具有显著影响,当烟气速度由0.15m/s增加到0.30m/s时,废钢的表面平均温度提高了212.76℃,有效地提高了废钢的预热温度,调节烟气温度对改变废钢预热温度影响最小。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the influence of off-gas temperature,off-gas velocity and scrap preheating time at the entrance of EAF preheating shaft on the temperature field of scrap and off-gas,ProCAST software was used to build a physical model of scrap with different shapes,sizes and distribution states to conduct coupled heat transfer analysis on the temperature field of scrap preheating process and analyze different off-gas temperatures.The results show that the off-gas velocity has a significant effect on the increase of the temperature of scrap.When the off-gas velocity increases from 0.15 m/s to 0.30 m/s,the average surface temperature of scrap increases by 212.76 ℃,it effectively improves the preheating temperature of scrap,regulating the off-gas temperature has the least influence on the change of scrap preheating temperature.
