鳞翅目斑蛾科昆虫性信息素的合成
Synthesis of Insect Sex Pheromone in Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae
【摘要】 鳞翅目斑蛾科昆虫为森林和果树的重要害虫,可利用昆虫性信息素进行斑蛾科害虫的种群预测和直接诱杀。以7-溴庚酸为起始原料,经过二氯亚砜酰氯化、仲丁醇酯化得到7-溴庚酸仲丁醇酯,再与三苯基膦反应得到膦盐,最后与正戊醛进行相转移催化的Wittig反应,合成了鳞翅目斑蛾科昆虫性信息素顺-7-十二碳烯酸仲丁醇酯(Z7-12:COOSec-Bu);通过红外光谱仪(IR)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)对中间体和目标化合物的结构进行了表征。为防治斑蛾科害虫提供了一种使用方便、高效、无毒、无污染、不伤天敌、成本低、有效期长的性诱剂。
【Abstract】 Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae insects are important pests in forests and fruit trees.The insect sex pheromone can be used for population prediction and direct trapping and killing of Zygaenidae pests.By using 7-bromoheptanoic acid as a starting material, sec-butyl-7-bromoheptanoate was obtained by chlorination with dichlorosulfoxide and esterification with sec-butanol, and then reacted with triphenylphosphine to obtain phosphine salt, finally the sex pheromone sec-butyl-cis-7-dodecenoate(Z7-12:COOSec-Bu) in Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae insects was synthesized by phase-transfer catalyzed Wittig reaction with valeraldehyde.Moreover, we characterized the structures of intermediates and target compound by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR).This study provides a sex attractant of Zygaenidae pests with convenient use, high efficiency, non-toxic, no pollution, no harm to natural enemies, low cost, and long validity.
