碳点在组织再生支架中的应用研究进展
Application of Carbon Dots in Tissue Regeneration Scaffolds
【摘要】 组织再生是现代医学的热点话题,科学家们尝试通过各种支架来提供组织细胞生长平台,以达到组织再生的目的,但在实际应用中常常因为支架植入后无法通过体外无创检查精准监控组织再生情况、支架难降解等问题而难以进行临床试验。碳点是一类尺寸小于10 nm的球形纳米材料,近年来由于其生物相容性良好、水溶性和稳定性优异等特质而备受关注。简单介绍了碳点的制备方法、生物学性质及其在组织再生支架中的作用。
【Abstract】 Tissue regeneration is a hot spot in modern medicine.Scientists try to provide a platform for cell growth through various scaffolds to attain the purpose of tissue regeneration.However, it is often difficult to conduct clinical trials in the terms of the problems such as the inability to accurately monitor tissue regeneration through non-invasive in vitro inspections after scaffold implantation, and the difficulty of degradation of the scaffold.The carbon dots are a class of spherical nanomaterials with a size of less than 10 nm, which have become the focus of research in recent years, due to their good biocompatibility, excellent water solubility and stability.In this article, we briefly introduce the preparation methods, biological properties, and applications in tissue regeneration scaffolds of carbon dots.
