基于构件保险丝理念的抗弯加固方法研究
Research on bending reinforcement method based on concept of component fuse
【摘要】 预应力CFRP板加固可以提高构件的承载力和刚度,具有良好的加固效果。但由于CFRP板的弹脆性特征,加固构件的延性有较大程度下降,破坏前无预兆,安全储备较低。本研究提出基于构件保险丝理念的抗弯加固方法,将加固材料分为保险丝部分和承载部分,其中保险丝部分施加较大预应力且所占比例极小。通过保险丝在预警荷载下发生断裂给出预警信号,提示工程人员采取进一步措施,而承载部分仍能继续承载。采用有限元模拟分析表明:构件保险丝可以给出明显的预警信息,且保险丝断裂对构件承载力影响可以忽略,承载部分仍能继续承载;通过选取合理的预警荷载,以保险丝断裂作为新的“屈服点”,加固构件的安全储备指标较原始构件提升明显,为预应力CFRP加固结构的安全储备评价问题提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 The prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement can improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of members, and has good reinforcement effect. However, due to the elastic brittleness of CFRP plate, the ductility of reinforced components has decreased to a great extent. There is no precursor before destruction, and the safety reserve is relatively low.This research puts forward the bending reinforcement method based on the concept of the component fuse, and divides the reinforced material into the fuse part and the bearing part, in which the fuse part applies the large prestress and the proportion is very small. The early warning signal is given by the fuse in the early warning load, and the engineering personnel take further measures. The finite element simulation analysis shows that the component fuse can give obvious early warning information, and the effect of the fuse breaking on the bearing capacity of the component can be ignored, and the load-bearing part can still be carried on. By selecting the reasonable early-warning load, the fuse breaking is taken as the new "yield point", and the safety reserve index of the reinforced component is obviously improved than the original one. A new idea is put forward to evaluate the safety reserve of structures strengthened by stress CFRP.
