【摘要】 法治化机制指涉诉讼、信访、调解、仲裁、行政复议等各类纠纷解决方式，遵照法的价值意旨、逻辑链条与程序构设，调处基层争议所形成的制度性安排，是基层社会矛盾纠纷多元化解的重要理论支撑与实践工具。通过对J市“一站受理、一网解纷、一门办结、一地统管”的矛盾化解模式进行实证分析，发现J市争议纾解法治化机制在运行中，法治理念的价值共识有待进一步形成，同时亦存在立法指引力不足、解纷手段与解纷目标的适配度有待提高、组织保障相对乏力等现实局限，因而有必要坚持和加强党的领导，通过深入落实法治理念、细化解纷相关立法、推动手段与目标的契合以及完善组织保障体系等，促进基层社会矛盾纠纷多元化解法治化机制建设的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rule of law mechanism refers to the institutional arrangements formed by mediation of grass-roots disputes in accordance with the value intent, logical chain and procedural structure of the law, involving various dispute resolution methods such as letters and visits,mediation and arbitration. The rule of law mechanism is an important theoretical model and practical tool for the diversified solution of grass-roots conflicts and disputes. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the conflict resolution model of "one station for acceptance, one network for dispute resolution, one door for settlement, and one place for unified management" in Jingmen City, we can find that in the operation of the dispute resolution legalization mechanism in Jingmen City, the value consensus of the rule of law concept needs to be further formed, while there are also practical limitations such as insufficient legislative significance, inappropriate means and objectives for dispute resolution, and weak organizational guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party, and promote the sustainable development of the construction of the mechanism for resolving conflicts and disputes at the grass-roots level in our province through the in-depth implementation of the concept of the rule of law, the refinement of dispute resolution legislation, the compatibility of means and objectives, and the improvement of the organizational security system.更多还原
