【摘要】 高校法律援助是构建公共法律服务体系的重要力量，也是培养“德法兼修”卓越法律人、锻造未来法律人职业伦理的重要实体平台。新文科法学教育对高校法律援助提出了更高的要求，也为其发展提供了更深厚的思想资源。高校法律援助要实现新文科法学教育的创新性、融合性和发展性，还需要相应的制度保障。学校应更加重视法律援助活动，为其提供课程、人员、资金等支持，并与实务部门建立紧密联系。高校法援具有灵活性，实践中会为超过法定援助范围的案件提供服务。需要尽快出台此类案件的代理权以及相关资金保障的配套制度，并在相应规范性文件中肯定高校法援适当扩展援助范围的做法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Legal aid in Colleges and universities is not only an important force in building a public legal service system, but also an important entity platform for cultivating excellent lawyers with "both morality and law" and forging professional ethics of future lawyers. The new liberal arts law education not only puts forward higher requirements for legal aid in Colleges and universities, but also provides deeper ideological resources for its development. In order to realize the innovation, integration and development of new liberal arts law education, legal aid in Colleges and universities also needs corresponding institutional guarantee. Schools should pay more attention to legal aid activities, provide courses, personnel, funds and other support, and establish close contact with practical departments. Legal aid in Colleges and universities is flexible, and in practice it will provide services for cases beyond the scope of legal aid. The relevant systems for the agency rights and related financial security of such cases should be introduced as soon as possible. And we should affirm the practice of appropriately expanding the scope of legal aid in Colleges and universities in the relevant supporting normative documents.更多还原
