CFRP在隧洞补强加固中的工程应用研究

【摘要】 随着隧洞运行时间的延长,由于各种荷载作用及洞身材料的老化等,会出现不同形式的病害。对比分析各种加固方法发现,随着潮湿界面粘结问题的解决,结合CFRP材料具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀性好、占用隧洞净空小等优势,CFRP加固技术在隧洞补强加固中具有十分广泛地应用前景。对水流冲刷作用下CFRP-混凝土界面粘结-滑移性能、水流冲刷作用下CFRP-混凝土界面剥离破坏规律、连续与非连续耦合数值模拟将是今后研究的重点和突破方向。

【Abstract】 With the operation of tunnels, different forms of diseases will appear due to the action of various loads and the ageing of tunnel materials. Analysis and comparison of various tunnel reinforcement methods show that the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) has a wide application prospect in tunnel reinforcement considering its advantages such as light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and small occupation of tunnel clearance as long as the bonding problem on wet surface is solved. The bond-slip behavior and the debonding failure mechanism of the CFRP-concrete interface under water flow action, and the continuous-discontinuous coupling simulation method will be the focus and directions of future research.
