【摘要】 目的 建立续骨酒HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法。方法 应用HPLC法，采用Thermo Scientific C₁₈色谱柱（4.6×250 mm, 5μm）,以乙腈-水作为流动相，梯度洗脱，流速：1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长：254 nm,柱温：25℃。结果 通过数据分析，10批样品的液相指纹图谱标示出19个主要共有峰，并指认出姜黄素和蛇床子素。10批样品指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.89。结论 所建立的续骨酒HPLC指纹图谱方法稳定、重现性良好，能为续骨酒的质量控制提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the fingerprint analysis of XuGu vinum by HPLC.METHODS A Thermo Scientific C₁₈（4.6×250 mm, 5 μm）column was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS By analyzing the Chromatogram fingerprint, the HPLC fingerprints of XuGu Vinum from 10 bathches were established and 19 main common peaks which included curcumin and osthol were obtained.The similarity of 10 samples was exceeded 0.89.CONCLUSION The method for the fingerprint of XuGu vinum is stable and reproducible and can supply references for the quality control of XuGu vinum.更多还原
