【摘要】 目的 挖掘唐江山主任治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。方法 搜集处方，建立数据库，从证候、性味、归经、用药频次与剂量、药物间的关联性等方面探索唐江山主任治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。结果 共收集方剂328首，证型分布上以虚证为主；用药方面以益气健脾、活血化瘀、行气导滞、清热解毒中药为主；药物在四气分布上以寒、温为主；五味分布以苦、甘味为主，辛味次之；归经上以脾、胃、肺、肝经药物为主；主要药对6组；治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的药物以黄芪、党参、白术、莪术、蒲公英、海螵蛸、马勃、木蝴蝶、刺猬皮、浙贝母、炙甘草为主方，临证加减。结论 唐江山主任从益气、消滞、化瘀、解毒方面入手，审慎药量，巧治慢性萎缩性胃炎。更多还原
