【摘要】 目的 探讨PDCA循环法用于提高我院冷链药品精细化管理的实践与作用。方法 利用PDCA循环管理模式分析我院冷链药品流通各环节中的问题，并针对相关问题制定相应的对策和措施并实施，同时评估该法的成效。结果 改善后实现了院内冷链药品全程实时监测，保证了冷藏药品在医院物流链过程中不再断链，并建立了适合本院的精细化冷链药品管理体系。结论 利用PDCA循环管理法提高了我院冷链药品的质量管理，保障了患者用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the practice and function of PDCA cycle in improving the fine management of cold chain drugs in our hospital.METHODS The PDCA cycle management was used to analyze the problems in the circulation of cold chain drugs in our hospital, and corresponding countermeasures and stratege were formulated and implemented, and the effectiveness of the method was evaluated.RESULTS After the improvement, real-time monitoring of cold chain drugs in hospital was realized, which ensured that the cold chain of drugs would not be broken in the process of hospital logistics chain, and a fine management system of cold chain drugs suitable for our hospital was established.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle management can improve the quality management of cold chain drugs in our hospital, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.更多还原
