【Abstract】 The Hippo-YAP signaling pathway is currently a very popular research project, not only because it can regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis, but also because it has a great relationship with other signaling pathways.Current research consider that this pathway plays a pivotal role in cardiovascular system development, regeneration,apoptosis, and cardiovascular diseases.
