种衣剂对‘闽糯811’苗期生长及产量的影响
Effect of seed coating agent on seedling growth and yield of ‘Minnuo 811’
【摘要】 [目的]比较不同成分种衣剂在鲜食糯玉米‘闽糯811’上的应用效果,以筛选适合该品种推广使用的高效种衣剂。[方法]分别配置6种不同类型种衣剂(处理1~处理6),以空白处理为对照(CK),调查‘闽糯811’的出苗率、成活率、病害发生情况及产量。[结果]不同种衣剂处理下,‘闽糯811’的出苗率为94.75%~95.70%,与CK差异不显著;小斑病株发病率为1.98%~17.24%,病情指数平均值为0.17~4.80,其中处理5的发病率和病情指数最低;折合产量分别为13.65~14.63 t·hm-2,处理5最高,但各处理间无显著差异。[结论]处理5(噻虫胺+快苗)的中苗株数最多,综合抗性最好,果穗产量最高,适合作为‘闽糯811’的种衣剂。
【Abstract】 [Purpose] The study aimed to formulate efficient maize seed coating agents for wider application based on the growth and yield of waxy corn variety ‘Minnuo 811’ treated with different combinations of seed coating agents. [Method] Six combinations of seed coating agents were prepared from various types and proportions of commercial pesticides and bactericides, and a blank control was set up concurrently. The emergence and survival rates of seedling, incidence rate of diseases and yield of maize ‘Minnuo 811’ were compared. [Result] The overall emergence rates of maize seedlings reached 94.75%-95.70%, which were not significantly different from the control. The incidence rates of leaf spot disease varied between 1.98% and 17.24%, with the average disease index ranging between 0.17 and 4.80; treatment 5 which made from thiamethoxam and fast seedling resulted in the lowest incidence rate and disease index. The production reached 13.65-14.63 t·hm-2, and peaked under treatments 5; while the yields didn′t vary significantly among all the treatments. [Conclusion] Seed coating agent made from thiamethoxam and fast seedling demonstrated the best growth-promotive and protective effects on waxy maize ‘Minnuo 811’, leading to the largest number of seedlings, highest comprehensive pest resistance and yield, which was recommended for wider implementation.
