猪苓半野生栽培技术研究

【摘要】 为提高猪苓产量与质量,优化猪苓栽培体系,本研究通过设计不同栽培密度、蜜环菌、营养元素、木棒处理栽培措施,评价猪苓产量及麦角甾醇含量。结果表明,猪苓采收年限应不低于三年,最佳种植密度为300 g/窝,蜜环菌用量以2 250 g/窝为宜;ZnSO4·7 H2O添加量以15 g/窝为宜;CuSO4·5 H2O添加量以10 g/窝为宜,KH2PO4添加量以10 g/窝为宜;采用0.1%KH2PO4浸泡木棒的栽培措施有利于猪苓质量的提高。

【Abstract】 To imrove the artificial semi-wild cultivation technology of Polyporus umbellatus, and optimized the cultivation system of Polyporus umbellatus. Study the relationship between Polyporus umbellatus and density, Armillaria, nutritional elements, wood rod treatment. The results showed that the artificial semi-wild cultivation of Polyporus umbellatus, the harvesting period should not be less than three years. The optimal planting density was 300 g/nest. The dosage of Armillaria was 2 250 g/nest. The addition amount of ZnSO4·7H2O 15 g/nest was suitable. The addition amount of CuSO4·5H2O was 10 g/nest, and the addition amount of KH2PO4 was 10 g/nest. The use of 0.1% KH2PO4 soaking wooden sticks was beneficial to the improvement of the quality of Polyporus umbellatus.
