木塑复合材料抗菌抗病毒应用研究

【摘要】 为增加木塑复合材料抗菌抗病毒功能,制备了载银抗菌抗病毒剂,研究了其对木塑复合材料物理性能的影响,并测试了其应用于木塑复合材料后的抗菌、抗病毒有效率。结果表明,载银抗菌抗病毒剂的添加不影响木塑复合材料的弯曲强度、冲击性能,载银抗菌抗病毒剂在木塑复合材料中添加量为0.5%时,木塑复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌、流感病毒H3N2杀灭率可达到99.99%,防霉等级0级。

【Abstract】 Silver-doped antibacterial and antiviral agents was prepared to impart antibacterial and antiviral functions to wood-plastic composites(WPC).Its influence on the physical properties of WPC were studied, and its antibacterial and antiviral efficiency were tested after being applied to WPC.The results revealed that the use of the silver-loaded antibacterial and antiviral agent did not affect the flexural strength and impact properties of WPC.When silver-doped antibacterial and antiviral agent was added to 0.5% in WPC,the anti-bacteria efficiency of WPC against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, influenza virus H3 N2 up to 99.99% and anti-fungal Grade 0.
