一种部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的合成及性能评价
Synthesis and Property Evaluation of A Type of Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide
【摘要】 分别选用丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、DMMAC作为主链单体、亲水单体及疏水单体,合成了一种三元共聚高相对分子质量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺,其具有较大的分子量,较好的化学稳定性和热稳定性。同时,该聚合物产品的固含量较高,可达51.35%。此聚合物溶液在0.0008416 g/mL的浓度下就具有较高的黏度,高达1.4614,是一种不错的增稠剂。本次研究所合成的聚合物材料的粘均分子量约为166万,分子量较大,具有优良的溶胀特性,在聚合物驱中应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 Acrylamide, acrylic acid and DMMAC were selected as main chain monomers, hydrophilic monomers and hydrophobic monomers respectively to synthesize a ternary copolymerized partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide with high relative molecular weight, which had a large molecular weight, good chemical stability and thermal stability.Polymer products had high solid content, 51.35%.The polymer solution had a high viscosity at a concentration of 0.0008416 g/mL,with a relative viscosity as high as 1.4614,so the product solution was a good thickener.The polyacrylamide had a viscosity average molecular weight of about 1.66 million, which had a large molecular weight and excellent swelling characteristics, and had a broad application prospect in polymer flooding.
