氧化改性麦草纤维素的综合性实验设计
Comprehensive Experimental Design of Oxidation Modified Wheat Straw Cellulose
【摘要】 为了让学生了解农业废弃物麦草纤维素的性质和用途,设计了次氯酸钠氧化改性麦草纤维素的综合性实验,探讨了氧化改性麦草纤维素的最佳反应条件,增加了实验的趣味性和实用性。通过该实验可使学生掌握材料的一般处理方法、材料性能的测试表征以及一些大型仪器的基本操作,此外也有助于培养学生的科学探究精神、环保意识、合作精神和社会责任感。
【Abstract】 In order to make students understand the properties and uses of agricultural waste wheat straw cellulose, a comprehensive experiment of modification of wheat straw cellulose by oxidation with sodium hypochlorite was designed. The best reaction conditions for modification of wheat straw were discussed, which increased the interest and practicability of the experiment. Students can master the general processing methods of materials, the test and characterization of material properties and the basic operation of some instruments. In addition, the comprehensive experiment was helpful to cultivate students’ spirit of scientific inquiry, environmental awareness, cooperation spirit and social responsibility.
