【Abstract】 With the emergence of various food safety problems in recent years, higher requirements for food inspection technology have been put forward. Food Inspection and Analysis Experiment is an important professional course with strong practicality and application. The problems of Food Inspection and Analysis Experiment under the background of application transformation were analyzed.
