【摘要】 本文主要探讨心理求助污名、公众污名、社会距离与专业心理求助态度之间的关系。采用方便取样，用社会距离量表、心理求助污名量表、贬低—感知量表和专业心理求助态度量表对891名高中生进行测量，分别对公众污名和社会距离建立中介模型。结果显示：（1）专业心理求助态度与社会距离、公众污名呈显著正相关（r=0.249,P<0.01;r=0.266,P<0.01），与心理求助污名呈显著负相关（r=-0.501,P<0.01）；心理求助污名与社会距离、公众污名呈显著负相关（r=-0.249,P<0.01;r=-0.193,P<0.01）；社会距离与公众污名呈显著正相关（r=0.223,P<0.01）。（2）中介效应分析表明，公众污名和社会距离在心理求助污名和专业心理求助态度之间的链式中介效应显著，链式中介效应占总效应的13.21%。结论如下：心理求助污名可以直接预测高中生的专业心理求助态度，还可以通过社会距离和公众污名间接影响高中生的专业心理求助态度水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the relationship among psychological help-seeking stigma, public stigma, social distance and professional psychological help-seeking attitudes, using convenient sampling, 891 senior high school students were measured with social distance scale, psychological help-seeking stigma scale, perceived devaluation-discrimination scale and professional psychological help-seeking attitude scale, and the mediation models of public stigma and social distance were established. The results are :(1) Professional psychological help-seeking attitude is positively correlated to social distance and public stigma(r=0.249, P<0.01;r=0.266, P<0.01), and negatively correlated to psychological help-seeking stigma(r=-0.501, P<0.01); The stigma of psychological help-seeking is negatively correlated to social distance and public stigma(r=-0.249, P <0.01; r=-0.193, P <0.01); There is a significant positive correlation between social distance and public stigma(r=0.223, P <0.01).(2) The mediating effect analysis shows that the chain mediating effect of public stigma and social distance between psychological help-seeking stigma and professional psychological help-seeking attitude is significant, and the chain mediating effect accounts for 13.21% of the total effect.
