【摘要】 数字素养是数字时代公民的必备素养，是提升国家软实力的关键指标。大学生是数字化社会构建的主力军，其数字素养水平直接影响到我国在全球数字化进程中的国际竞争力。从梳理国内外数字素养的基本内涵入手，结合高职学生的群体特征，构建适用于高职学生的数字素养培养框架，并提出建设数字校园、构建递进式教学体系、提升教师数字化教学与管理水平、增强学生自我约束力、培养学生自主学习能力、构建数字素养评价体系的提升策略，以期推进高职教育的数字化转型，为数字中国建设培养高素养的时代新人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital literacy is an essential literacy of citizens in the digital age, and a key indicator to enhance the soft power of a country. Higher vocational school students are the main force in the construction of digital society. The level of their digital literacy directly affects the international competitiveness of our country in the global digital process. By sorting out the basic connotation of digital literacy at home and abroad and combining with the group characteristics of higher vocational students, this paper constructs a digital literacy training framework suitable for higher vocational students. It proposes the upgrade strategies of constructing digital campus, constructing progressive teaching system, improving teachers’ digital teaching and management level, enhancing students’ selfrestraint, cultivating students’ self-learning ability and constructing digital literacy evaluation system, so as to promote the digital transformation of higher vocational education and cultivate a new generation of high quality for the construction of digital China.更多还原
