【摘要】 《村民委员会组织法》的修改应当以完善村民自治制度、保障村民自治权利为基本态度。本文从充分保障村民自治权利的立场出发，对《村民委员会组织法》的修改提出一些具体建议：在篇章结构方面，建议增加民主协商和法律后果两章；在具体内容方面，建议从进一步明确村民自治事项范围、细化完善村民会议制度、构建民主协商制度、健全村务监督机制等方面做出修改。更多还原

【Abstract】 To amend the Organic Law of Villagers Committee, the basic principles that it should improve the system of villagers’ autonomy and safeguard their right of autonomy, should be adopted. From the standpoint of fully guaranteeing the villagers’ self-government rights, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on revising the Organic Law of Villagers Committee. In terms of chapter structure, it is suggested to add two chapters: democratic consultation and legal consequences; to put it specifically, this revision should further define scope of villagers’ self-government matters, improve the system of villagers meeting, build democratic consultation system, improve the village supervision mechanism, etc.更多还原
