供水泵站自动化监控系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 以兰州市某电力提灌供水泵站建设工程项目为研究对象,结合实际工艺流程和用户要求,设计开发了供水泵站自动化监控系统。系统总体上采用分层分布式结构的设计方案,下层现场控制器采用S7-200 Smart PLC,完成现智能仪器仪表的数据采集与处理、泵站设备的自动控制;上层监控系统以西门子WinCC组态软件为开发平台,设计了具有实时监控、数据归档、故障诊断等功能齐全的友好人机监控界面。该系统投入运行后,稳定可靠,监控结果优良,达到了设计的预期目标。

【Abstract】 Taking the construction project of an electric lift irrigation water supply pump station in Lanzhou as the research object, combined with the actual process flow and user requirements, an automatic monitoring system of water supply pump station is designed and developed. The system generally adopts the design scheme of hierarchical distributed structure. The lower field controller adopts S7-200 Smart PLC to complete the data acquisition and processing of current intelligent instruments and automatic control of pump station equipment. The upper monitoring system takes Siemens WinCC configuration software as the development platform and designs a friendly man-machine monitoring interface with complete functions such as real-time monitoring, data archiving, fault diagnosis and voice alarm. After the system is put into operation, it is stable and reliable, the monitoring results are excellent, and the expected goal of the design is achieved.
