交流电机变频调速装置的设计与研究
Design and research of AC motor frequency conversion speed regulating device
【摘要】 为了验证交流电机变频调速的机理、系统辨识与仿真和实际控制的区别联系,设计一套交流电机变频调速装置。通过对变频调速机理分析,进行系统辨识与仿真,变频调速装置设计,基于装置对PID控制与模糊PID自整定控制算法研究;通过装置进行实验,验证装置设计的合理性与算法的可行性。实验结果表明,随着频率的改变,转速也随之改变;模糊自整定PID控制算法可以实时辨识控制对象的特征参数,实时改变其控制策略,且优于系统辨识与仿真的PID控制。
【Abstract】 In order to verify the mechanism of ac motor frequency control of motor speed, system identification and the difference between simulation and actual control, design a set of ac motor variable frequency speed regulating device. By analyzing the mechanism of frequency control of motor speed and carries on the system identification and simulation, variable frequency speed regulating device design,PID control and fuzzy PID self-tuning control algorithm research, the rationality of the design of device experiment device and the feasibility of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the change of frequency can change the speed. Fuzzy adaptive PID control online identification object characteristic parameters, the real-time change of controlled object control.
