重度哮喘患者体质指数与肺功能指标的相关性
Correlation of body mass index with pulmonary function indices in patients with severe asthma
【摘要】 目的 探讨重度哮喘患者体质指数与肺功能指标的相关性。方法 选取28例重度哮喘患者,根据体质指数分为体重正常组(n=13)和超重肥胖组(n=15)。比较两组患者肺功能指标,包括第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)实测值、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%pred)、用力肺活量(FVC)实测值、FVC占预计值的百分比(FVC%pred)、FEV1/FVC实测值、FEV1/FVC占预计值的百分比(FEV1/FVC%pred)。采用Pearson检验分析体质指数与肺功能指标的相关性。比较两组患者支气管舒张试验的结果。结果 两组患者的FEV1实测值、FEV1%pred、FVC实测值、FVC%pred、FEV1/FVC实测值、FEV1/FVC%pred比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。重度哮喘患者体质指数与FEV1/FVC实测值、FEV1/FVC%pred呈正相关(均P<0.05),而与FEV1实测值、FEV1%pred、FVC实测值、FVC%pred无相关性(均P>0.05)。超重肥胖组患者使用支气管扩张剂后的FEV1%pred增加幅度小于体重正常组(P<0.05)。结论 重度哮喘患者体质指数与FEV1/FVC实测值、FEV1/FVC%pred呈正相关,超重肥胖的重度哮喘患者使用支气管扩张剂后的FEV1%pred增加幅度小于体重正常患者。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of body mass index with pulmonary function indices in patients with severe asthma. Methods A total of 28 patients with severe asthma were selected, and they were assigned to normal body weight group(n=13) or over-weight obesity group(n=15) according to the body mass index. The pulmonary function indices, including measured value of forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1), the percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value(FEV1%pred), measured value of forced vital capacity(FVC), the percentage of FVC in the predicted value(FVC%pred), measured ratio of FEV1/FVC, and the percentage of FEV1/FVC in the predicted ratio(FEV1/FVC%pred) were compared between the two groups. The Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation between body mass index and pulmonary function indices. The results of bronchodilation test were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in measured value of FEV1, FEV1%pred, measured value of FVC, FVC%pred, measured ratio of FEV1/FVC, and FEV1/FVC%pred ratio between the two groups(all P>0.05). The body mass index positively correlated with measured ratio of FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FVC%pred ratio in patients with severe asthma(all P<0.05), whereas no correlation of the body mass index with measured value of FEV1, FEV1%pred, measured value of FVC, and FVC%pred was found between the patients with severe asthma(all P>0.05). After the patients employing bronchodilator in the over-weight obesity group, the increase of FEV1%pred was less than that in the normal body weight group(P<0.05).Conclusion The body mass index positively correlates with measured ratio of FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FVC%pred in patients with severe asthma, and the increase of FEV1%pred in severe asthma patients with over-weight obesity after employing bronchodilator is less than that in patients with normal body weight.
