【摘要】 目的 探讨脚踏车运动联合低温可调钠透析对透析相关性低血压(IDH)的预防效果。方法 将接受维持性血液透析治疗的137例尿毒症患者分为对照组(70例)与观察组(67例)。对照组给予单纯低温可调钠透析干预，观察组给予脚踏车运动联合低温可调钠透析干预。比较两组患者IDH发生情况、IDH患者需临床处理和提前结束透析的情况，以及干预前后最低血压、最低心率和血压变异系数。结果 观察组患者的IDH发生率低于对照组，且IDH患者需临床处理比例和提前结束透析比例均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的最低收缩压、最低舒张压高于对照组，收缩压变异系数、舒张压变异系数低于对照组(均P<0.05),但两组患者最低心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 脚踏车运动联合低温可调钠透析可降低IDH的发生率和血液透析过程中血压的变异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preventive effect of bicycle exercise combined with low-temperature adjustable sodium dialysis on intradialytic hypotension(IDH).Methods A total of 137 uremia patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis therapy were assigned to control group(70 cases) or observation group(67 cases). The control group received intervention of single low-temperature adjustable sodium dialysis, while the observation group was given bicycle exercise combined with low-temperature adjustable sodium dialysis for intervention. The IDH occurrence, condition of clinical procedures and the early dialysis termination in IDH patients, as well as the pre-and post-intervention minimum blood pressure, heart rate, and the coefficient of variation in blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of IDH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the proportions of IDH patients who needed for clinical procedures and early dialysis termination were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The minimum systolic blood pressure, and the minimum diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, whereas the coefficients of variation in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05); however, no statistically significant difference was found in the minimum heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bicycle exercise combined with low-temperature adjustable sodium dialysis can decrease IDH incidence rate and blood pressure variability during hemodialysis.更多还原
