【摘要】 目的 分析ⅢCr期行根治性放疗宫颈癌患者的预后因素。方法 选择2013年12月至2014年12月就诊福建医科大学肿瘤临床医学院福建省肿瘤医院的214例患者的临床资料并进行随访分析预后因素。结果年龄截点值为50岁，肿瘤大小截点值为5.30 cm。单因素分析发现病理类型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤侵犯阴道下1/3、FIGO分期及放疗时间比较，差异具有统计学意义。多因素分析显示病理类型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤侵犯阴道下1/3、FIGO分期是总生存的独立预后因素，且相应的生存曲线差异也具有统计学意义。结论 病理类型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤侵犯阴道下1/3、FIGO分期为ⅢCr期宫颈癌患者独立预后因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prognostic factors on patients with stage Ⅲ Cr cervical cancer after radical radiotherapy. Methods The clinical data of a total of 214 patients admitted to Clinical Oncology School of Fujian Medical University, Fujian Cancer Hospital, from December 2013 to December 2014 were collected and the prognostic factors were analyzed by follow-up. Results The cut-off value of age was 50 years old, and the cut-off value of tumor size was 5.30 cm. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in pathological type, tumor size, tumor invasion to the lower third of the vagina, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) stage and radiotherapy time. Multivariate analysis showed that pathological type, tumor size, tumor invasion to the lower third of the vagina and FIGO stage were independent prognostic factors of overall survival, and there was statistically significant difference in corresponding survival curve. Conclusion Pathological type, tumor size, tumor invasion to the lower third of the vagina and FIGO stage are the independent prognostic factors for patients with stage ⅢCr cervical cancer.更多还原
