【摘要】 目的 研究肛周湿疹应用改良亚甲蓝混合液局部封闭治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年7月深圳市龙岗中心医院收治的80例肛周湿疹患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法，分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组采用传统亚甲蓝混合液行局部封闭治疗，观察组采用改良亚甲蓝混合液行局部封闭治疗，比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后症状积分、瘙痒指数、皮损面积。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的72.50%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗后肛门坠胀、皮肤烧灼及刺痛感、排便情况及尿潴留症状积分均更低（P <0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗后皮损面积评分更低，治疗后1、7及14 d瘙痒指数均更低（P <0.05）。结论 肛周湿疹应用改良亚甲蓝混合液局部封闭治疗，可有效提高疗效，改善患者瘙痒症状，缩小皮损面积，以促进患者及早恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of partial occlusion treatment with modified methylene blue mixture for perianal eczema. Methods A total of 80 patients with perianal eczema who were admitted to Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(40 cases) and the observation group(40 cases). The control group was treated with traditional methylene blue mixture for partial sealing treatment, and the observation group was treated with modified methylene blue mixture for local sealing treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was 72.50%higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of pain,defecation and urinary retention symptoms were all lower(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower skin area score and lower pruritus index on day 1, 7 and 14 after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of modified methylene blue mixed solution for local sealing treatment of perianal eczema can effectively improve the curative effect, improve the itching symptoms of patients, reduce the area of skin lesions, and promote the early recovery of patients.更多还原
