【摘要】 目的 调查分析甲状腺功能亢进症（简称甲亢）患者的自我效能感水平、用药依从性，探讨两者之间的关系。方法 2021年9月在福建省立医院内科门诊，应用患者一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）、Morisky用药依从性问卷（MMAS-8）对152例使用抗甲状腺药物治疗的甲亢患者进行调查，采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析统计分析。结果 甲亢患者的一般自我效能感得分为2.72(2.30,3.00)分，用药依从性得分为6.00(4.81,7.50)分。一般自我效能感与用药依从性呈正相关（P <0.05）。单因素分析结果显示，病程、自我效能是用药依从性的影响因素。多因素logistic分析显示，与<1年病程的患者相比，病程1～2年的患者用药依从性较低（OR=0.254,P=0.006）。结论 一般自我效能感高者其用药依从性高，甲亢患者的一般自我效能感较多处于中等水平，用药依从性有待提高，尤其是1～2年病程的患者应该鼓励他们采取积极的健康行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the level of self-efficacy and medication compliance of patients with hyperthyroidism, so as to discuss their correlation. Methods A total of 152 patients with hyperthyroidism treated with antithyroid drugs admitted to the Internal Medicine Department in Fujian Provincial Hospital in September 2021 were investigated by applying patients’ general information questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8). Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used for statistical analysis. Results The general self-efficacy score of patients with hyperthyroidism was 2.72(2.30,3.00)points, and the medication compliance score was 6.00(4.81,7.50) points. General self-efficacy was positively correlated with medication compliance(P < 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the course of disease and self-efficacy were the impacting factors of medication compliance. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that compared with patients with a course of less than 1 year, those with a course of 1-2 years had lower medication compliance(OR=0.254, P=0.006). Conclusion Patients with high general self-efficacy have high medication compliance, while the patients with hyperthyroidism mostly have a moderate level of general self-efficacy and their medication compliance needs to be improved, especially the patients with a course of 1-2 years should be encouraged to take positive health behavior.更多还原
