【摘要】 目的 分析安罗替尼对老年晚期肺癌患者肺功能及生存质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月广东省江门市新会区人民医院肿瘤防治中心接诊的40例老年晚期肺癌患者，随机分为两组，对照组20例行常规化疗方案治疗，观察组20例联合安罗替尼治疗，比较两组临床有效率、治疗前后肺功能、治疗前后生存质量。结果 观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗后，两组患者第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1%）、用力肺活量（FVC）、呼气峰流量（PEF）水平提高，观察组的FEV1%、FVC、PEF水平高于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗后，两组患者生存质量评分提高，观察组的生存质量评分高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 老年晚期肺癌患者实施安罗替尼治疗，有助于提高临床疗效，改善肺功能，促进患者生存质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of anlotinib on lung function and quality of life(QoL) in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center of People’s Hospital of Xinhui District of Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy, while 20 patients in the observation group were treated with anlotinib. The clinical effective rate, lung function before and after treatment, and QoL before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the estimated value(FEV1%), forced vital capacity(FVC), and peak expiratory flow(PEF) levels increased in the two groups. The FEV1%, FVC, and PEF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the QoL scores of the two groups improved, and the QoL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Anlotinib treatment improves clinical efficacy, lung function, and QoL of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer.更多还原
