Study on the nursing methods for chronic subdural hematoma treated with minimally invasive puncture
【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing methods of patients with chronic subdural hematoma after minimally invasive puncture. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan in Fujian Province from May 2017 to May 2020 were retrospectively studied. All patients were treated with minimally invasive puncture, and they were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. 45 patients received conventional nursing were included in the conventional group, and 45 patients received operating room nursing were included in the study group. The relevant indexes including clinical efficacy, nursing satisfaction and length of stay of patients in the two groups with different nursing interventions were compared and analyzed, and the nursing effects were investigated based on this. Results The cure rate of patients in the study group(95.56%) was higher than that in the conventional group, and the relapse rate in the study group(6.67%) was lower than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic subdural hematoma, the application of operating room nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing, thus obtaining higher treatment compliance from patients, which is worthier of promotion and application.
