机械系统仿真RPA原型研究
Research on RPA Prototype of Mechanical System Simulation
【摘要】 针对目前在机械仿真软件中许多操作是重复且枯燥的这一问题,研究提出了一种基于图像文字识别,通过模拟外设交互动作,来执行既定的仿真流程的机器人流程化(RPA)的解决方案。主要对该解决方案中的软件架构、各模块流程以及软件界面这些核心内容进行了设计。为了验证该解决方案的有效性,以Solidworks为例,对该RPA系统进行了测试,测试结果表明,对于Solidworks这类机械仿真软件,可以自动化地执行用户既定的任务目标,自动化地完成三维模型的创建。因此,使用了该解决方案后,可以极大地减少业务人员的操作时间和操作失误,从而带来更好的用户体验。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that many operations in mechanical simulation software are repetitive and boring,this paper proposes Robotic Process Automation(RPA) based on image text recognition,which executes the established simulation process by simulating the interaction of peripherals.This paper mainly designs the core content of the software architecture,module flow and software interface in the solution.In order to verify the effectiveness of the solution,it takes Solidworks as an example to test the RPA system.The test results showed that for mechanical simulation software such as Solidworks,the user’s established task goals can be automatically executed,and the three-dimensional model can be automatically completed.Therefore,after using this solution,the operation time of business personnel and operation errors are reduced.
