70 t转炉氧枪结构参数优化研究
Study on Optimization of Structural Parameters of 70t Converter Oxygen Lance
【摘要】 以70 t转炉4孔氧枪为原型,对其喷孔间距进行优化设计。基于fluent数值模拟,对多组不同喷孔间距的氧枪建模计算,分析喷孔间距增加后氧气射流融合程度的变化,和不同距离处动压及有效冲击面积变化规律。结果表明:喷孔间距由小增大时,各喷孔射流由完全融合状态逐渐转变为独立状态;同一距离下,随着喷孔间距增加,射流最大动压先减小后增大,有效冲击面积先增大后减小,当喷孔间距70 mm,枪位1.8 m时有效冲击面积最大。
【Abstract】 Taking the 4-hole oxygen lance of a 70t converter as a prototype, the spacing of the nozzle holes was optimized. Based on fluent numerical simulation, the modeling calculation of oxygen lances with different orifice spacings was carried out, and the changes in the degree of fusion of oxygen jets after the orifice spacing increased, and the dynamic pressure and effective impact area changes at different distances were analyzed. The results show that when the orifice spacing increases from small, the jets of each orifice gradually change from a completely integrated state to an independent state; at the same distance, with the increase of the orifice spacing, the maximum dynamic pressure of the jet first decreases and then increases, and the effective impact area first increases and then decreases. When the nozzle spacing is 70mm and the gun position is 1.8m, the effective impact area is the largest.
