卧式内燃锅炉关键技术及部件的几次变革
Several Innovations of Key Technologies and Components of Horizontal Internal Combustion Boiler
【摘要】 介绍二十多年来卧式内燃锅炉在烟气回程、烟气冷凝、波形炉胆、低氮燃烧、锅内装置等技术及部件上的变革,并着重论述近期进行的利用“筋板”取代“拉撑件”的革新,该革新使百余年历史的卧式锅炉结构得以明显优化,性能和安全性、可靠性大大提升,也给设计、工艺、检修带来方便,便于推广应用。
【Abstract】 Introduces the changes in the technologies and components of horizontal internal combustion boilers in the past 20 years, such as flue gas return, flue gas condensation, corrugated furnace liner, low nitrogen combustion, drum internals etc. It also focuses on the recent innovation of using the "stiffeners " to replace the " braced parts ". The innovation has significantly optimized the structure of the horizontal boiler with a history of more than 100 years, greatly improved the performance, safety and reliability, and also brought convenience to the design, processing and maintenance, which is convenient for popularization and application.
